Welcome to Long-Term Care and Assisted Living! Our Health Career Access Program (HCAP) team at VCH is excited to have you join our community of caring individuals. As a member of the HCAP program, you will join an exceptional group of healthcare professionals, on-site, at a Long-Term Care or Assisted Living facility as a Health Care Support Worker (HCSW). You will, then, complete schooling to become a Health Care Assistant (HCA) and finally, graduate to become a vital member of our regional community for at least one year's return of service.

We are here to foster your commitment and passion to keeping our Long-Term Care and Assisted Living homes healthy and safe by supporting vulnerable populations and contributing to the care and well-being of so many.
